Express Service will get your canvas to you in 7 days, possibly earlier if you are in Christchurch or some parts of Auckland.  Purchasing this service does not guarantee the faster delivery UNTIL we have confirmed it with you and entered the order in to the print queue.

Opting for Express Service does give your order priority over others so its success depends on our workload, staffing availability and other complexities. Someone will usually work after hours to make sure it gets to you in time.  

Preferably you would have already talked to us about your order and know that Express is an option BEFORE you opt for this service here. 

If not and you choose this option it is very important that you send us an email after you have placed the order letting us know when you need it by and that you have opted for our Express Service- it is easily missed otherwise!  

In response to customer feedback we are creating this as a a product to simplify the payments process. We hope it improves our service to you and makes present buying easier :)
